Yes, the entire practice is step-free, on the ground floor, including the clinic and bathroom.

Absolutely. We understand that some tests may feel unfamiliar or cause anxiety, and your comfort is always our priority. Your optometrist will take the time to explain each test, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before proceeding. There is no pressure to take part in any test you do not feel ready for, and you are welcome to decline any part of the examination on the day. We will always work at a pace that feels right for you and do our best to make your experience as relaxed and reassuring as possible.
